How can I be involved in the design of my custom piece?

Each of our designs are bespoke so our customers are involved from the very beginning. Everything starts with your vision. Throughout the design process you will be consulted and will have every opportunity to share your feedback and make revisions. FTJCo is unique because we print your design in 3-D wax  first before it is cast. This gives you an opportunity to actually see your ring - with the stone(s) you have selected - and try it on before it is cast in gold or platinum.

Every client gets a tour of the workshop so that they can understand and appreciate how their special piece comes into being.  Understanding the process and being able to actually talk to the people who design and make your jewellery is one of the many things that makes our service as exceptional as our jewellery.
