As always, we're excited to work with you to make your holiday gift-giving dreams come true. Below you'll find our cut-off dates for placing holiday orders.
Ready to Wear
We are offering free next day delivery in Toronto for all items $200 and over in our Ready to Wear section for orders placed by 6 PM, on Thursday December 19th.*
You may also pick up your order from our store at 576 Parliament St in Toronto.
Our last business day before the New Year is Sunday December 22nd--by appointment only.
*Photo ID matching the credit card billing address required.
Made to Order
Below you'll find our holiday production schedule for 2024 for items to be picked up or shipped before our last day of business, December 22nd.
Note that these are the cut-off dates for deposit-paid orders, i.e. Made to Order, rather than Ready to Wear. If you're considering having something made, please come in to see us soon.
As of November 3rd, additional rush charges apply to new Made to Order items due before December 22nd.

Are you planning a
Holiday proposal?
We offer Loaner Rings and Ready-to-Set rings so you can pick your gem, and we'll pop it into the ring of your choosing. If you put a deposit on a Made to Order piece after our holiday cut-off date we're offering complimentary 3D prints and renderings while your order is in production.
Key Dates
November 2 - Last day to order Made to Order items without Rush Charges.
November 3 - Holiday Rush Charges apply to all Made to Order items that need to be delivered or shipped before we close on December 22nd.
November 17 - Last day to order any platinum jewellery for delivery by December 22nd. Holiday Rush Charges apply.
November 24 - Last day to order jewellery with pavé-set gems for delivery by December 22nd. Holiday Rush Charges apply.
December 15 - Last day to order 18K gold jewellery with non-pavé set gems for delivery by December 22nd. Holiday Rush Charges apply.
December 16 - December 22 - Shop our Ready to Wear collection, Loaner Rings, and other quick turnaround items from our Holiday Shop.
All items are covered by our excellent Complete Client Care and return policies.
The last day we're open (by appointment) is December 22nd. We will be re-opening on January 4th, 2025.
