In Store Return Policy 

Returns

You may return your piece(s) within 30 days of purchase with an itemized receipt that matches the item to be returned. Your return must include all packaging and show no signs of wear or damage. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns.

Customization, Modifications, Repairs, Resizing

Parliament jewellery cannot be customized  or modified.  If you need to have rings resized or jewellery repaired you can do so at our parent-company, FTJCo (576 Parliament Street, Toronto, ON) at FTJCo’s prevailing rates.

Store Credit

Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

Final Sale Items

All items sold at a discount to the normal price and/or marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. 

Online Return Policy 

Returns

You may return your piece(s) within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges & insurance are your responsibility; we are not responsible for returns lost in shipping. Your return must include all packaging and show no signs of wear or damage.  We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns.

To initiate a return, please email sales@ftjco.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Please title the subject of your email “Parliament Return” followed by your order number. Note that all returns sent to Parliament without a Return Authorization Number may be subject to a $25 administrative fee which will be deducted from any refund and/or account credit.
