Shipping
We offer all of our clients, near and far, personalized service. There is no 'Add to Cart' here. If you're interested in one of our rings, send an e-mail to sales@ftjco.com and someone will get right back to you.
The process is pretty simple. If you don't know you're ring size, we will mail you out a ring sizer. Once you know your size and you've chosen your items, we invoice you for a 50% deposit which can be paid securely online by credit card. Once your order is completed, you pay the final 50% and we ship out your order.
We are pleased to offer free shipping within North America.

Trunk Shows
We have customers from all over North America and beyond. We regularly visit Montreal, Vancouver, and New York to meet with clients both old and new.
During our trunk shows clients meet with our designer goldsmiths one-on-one to discuss the design of their bespoke jewellery, test the fit of the wax model, and accept delivery of their finished rings.

Delivery Times
Every item is customized according to your requirements and made to order. It will be set into production when your order is placed.
We require a deposit that is the greater of the 50% of your total order or the full price of your diamond, should you be purchasing one. The balance is due upon delivery or at the time of shipping. Shipping times vary according to the item ordered and follow the guidelines listed below. Rush orders (7 days or less) are subject to a 20% premium:
